- All families receiving Child Care Resource and Referral services, a School Readiness eligibility determination or redetermination, or VPK enrollment will be contacted to complete a voluntary survey to gauge your customer service experience with our office. All responses are anonymous and confidential and will not affect your services.
For families and providers needing extra support with challenging behaviors or special needs referrals, call the Warm Line at 386-323-2400 ext. 8804 to speak with an Inclusion Specialist.
The Voluntary Prekindergarten Program (VPK) is a free prekindergarten program for 4 and some 5-year-olds who reside in Florida, preparing them for kindergarten and beyond.
The School Readiness (SR) Program helps Flagler and Volusia families with the cost of childcare.
CCR&R is available to help families find quality childcare, community resources, childcare discounts, developmental screenings and more.

We support current and potential providers and CCR&R is available to offer information about starting a new child care business and enhancing your program. We are also eager to assist providers with questions about VPK and School Readiness Programs.
