Child Development Coordinator

The Child Development Coordinator is instrumental in coordinating activities to provide screenings for children. They work with families to identify developmental delays and then promotes early intervention so that the child can be ready for kindergarten. The person who is selected will need to be fluent in the rules of IDEA and ADA and understand how they relate to children. The position requires a love of children and their families. Discussing any type of development delay will require both knowledge and kindness. The position requires a minimum of a BA in Early Childhood, 3 years' experience in an early childhood environment and 2 years in a program leadership role. Please see the job description for more. Quality Specialist

Do you enjoy being the source when it comes to information and support? Do you have the patience to watch and listen without judgment before providing a solution? Do you enjoy helping others find ways to improve their processes and procedures? The Quality Specialist works with childcare providers throughout Flagler and Volusia Counties and supports their quest to increase the quality of care in their centers. They provide coaching and training in proven practices and provide technical support to the teachers and directors so that the children in their care will receive the highest quality care and education in preparing them for kindergarten. We believe all children deserve the opportunity to experience the highest quality of childcare and we need you on our team to help us realize that vision. Data Specialist

We have an opening for a Data Specialist. This person will be responsible for gathering and reporting data, designing and publishing surveys and training staff and community partners on the best practices for collecting data. Applicants must have a minimum of an AA Degree and a year of experience working with data as well as designing surveys. Hourly salary for this position ranges from $14.26-$20.02. Grants Coordinator

The perfect candidate for this role loves research, has a keen eye for opportunities, and has a successful history securing grants. This person is able to see the requirements of each grant clearly and discern how our valuable work fits into those. They understand the impact of those funds raised on the quality we are able to provide in our community. This person will be self-driven and resilient while possessing excellent communication and office skills. Proficiency in MS Office is a must and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus. Administrative Department

The administrative team works to keep the organization performing at its best. This team keeps us moving forward and guides decisions with the support of the Board of Directors for the overall success of the agency. 

Community Partnerships

Provides outreach to the community, childcare providers, and families in order to enhance awareness about ELCFV. 

Family Services

Family Services offers programs that help strengthen families. These services range from discounted childcare to community resources, parenting and child development information and goal planning. 

Financial Services Department

Finance

The finance team is responsible for purchasing, receipts and disbursements, budget preparation, managing annual audits, and financial reporting.

Compliance

Works with contracted childcare providers to monitor compliance and process payments for School Readiness and Voluntary Prekindergarten programs.

Contract Coordinator

We have an opening for a candidate who will oversee MOU’s and contract maintenance, prepare grant reporting and support agency audits as needed. Applicants must have a minimum of an BA degree as well as 2 years’ experience with contracts, state statutes and rules.
