Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and in alignment with agency adopted mission and core values, as part of the agency’s IT team, this professional supports the day-to-day technical and security needs of agency staff. This responsibility is carried out with an understanding of internal policies and procedures and through providing excellent customer service. Support may be offered in person, via phone, or electronic methods.

Reporting to the Director of Business Services and in alignment with agency adopted mission and core values, this professional
supports day-to-day agency purchasing and travel support. Within state, federal and agency guidance, this person researches prices, purchases supplies and materials, communicates and negotiates discounts and rates, and identifies solutions regarding incorrect orders/invoicing from vendors.

Reporting to the Director of Quality and Inclusion and in alignment with agency adopted mission and core values, this
professional works with child care providers to promote best practices in School Readiness, Voluntary Prekindergarten, and other agency initiatives with a focus on the improvement of the quality of the program. This individual may support various child care provider personnel in person, online and via phone.

About the Departments

Administrative Department

The administrative team works to keep the organization performing at its best. This team keeps us moving forward and guides decisions with the support of the Board of Directors for the overall success of the agency. 

Community Partnerships

Provides outreach to the community about ELCFV services, fundraises through planning and facilitating of events, coordinates volunteers, and creates all marketing materials. 

Family Services

Family Services offers programs that help strengthen families. These services range from discounted child care to community resources, parenting and child development information and goal planning. 

Financial Services Department

Finance

The finance team is responsible for purchasing, receipts and disbursements, budget preparation, managing annual audits, and financial reporting.

Compliance

Works with contracted child care providers to monitor compliance and process payments for School Readiness and Voluntary Prekindergarten programs.

Provider Services 

Quality and Inclusion

Works with educators and families to promote inclusion of children in early education programs. Raises the delivery of
quality services, as well as initiatives and activities. 

Volunteer

We love our volunteers. Our volunteers help us advance our mission. From assisting at weekend community events to helping around the office, your talent is welcome and appreciated.
