Inclusion Specialist - 2 Positions Available

The professionals in this position promote inclusion of all children in quality early learning programs by working directly with educators. The Inclusion Specialists will invest time building relationships, providing assistance and coaching to early childhood educators, and sharing resources that increase the quality of early learning programs and their capacity to support optimal development of all children. These professionals address the challenges that parents and educators face as they work together to meet the specific needs of individual children. They use multiple formats to share information and best practices to create an inclusive environment for all children. Candidates are required to have a minimum of an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, Counseling or related field from an accredited institution and two (2) years’ experience with screening, observation and/or assessment along with two (2) years’ experience in an inclusive program supporting individuals and their families. Administrative Department

The administrative team works to keep the organization performing at its best. This team keeps us moving forward and guides decisions with the support of the Board of Directors for the overall success of the agency. 

Community Partnerships

Provides outreach to the community, childcare providers, and families in order to enhance awareness about ELCFV. 

Family Services

Family Services offers programs that help strengthen families. These services range from discounted childcare to community resources, parenting and child development information and goal planning. 

Financial Services Department


The finance team is responsible for purchasing, receipts and disbursements, budget preparation, managing annual audits, and financial reporting.


Works with contracted childcare providers to monitor compliance and process payments for School Readiness and Voluntary Prekindergarten programs.

Open Positions

Contract Coordinator

We have an opening for a candidate who will oversee MOU’s and contract maintenance, prepare grant reporting and support agency audits as needed. Applicants must have a minimum of an BA degree as well as 2 years’ experience with contracts, state statutes and rules. Works with educators and families to promote inclusion of children in early education programs. Raises the delivery of
quality services, as well as initiatives and activities.
