  • Flagler County Housing Authority
    Public Housing Agency in Bunnell that participates in the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV), Public Housing, Mainstream Voucher, and Homeownership programs. Serves Clay and Flagler County. Check online for waiting list statuses and how to apply.
  • Flagler County Family Assistance Center – The Sheltering Tree
    205 N Pine Street, Bunnell
    A free overnight shelter for the homeless when the temperature drops below 40 degrees. The program serves meals, distributes clothing, and provides toiletries.
  • Flagler Habitat for Humanity
    Provides a homeownership opportunity for citizens meeting certain eligibility criteria. Selected homeowners must have incomes between 50 and 80 percent of the area median income, be able and willing to contribute time to the program, and must be able to pay the subsequent mortgage on a moderate, newly built home in Flagler County.
  • Housing for All Flagler
    Assists in the following areas for income-eligible applicants: down payment assistance, emergency repair, foreclosure prevention, rental assistance, and more.
  • Public Housing Applications
    The Waitlist for Public Housing accepts applications every 3rd Wednesday of the month between 8am-11am at 502 S. Bacher St, Bunnell, FL, 32110. APPLICATIONS FOR PUBLIC HOUSING ARE NOT AVAILABLE ONLINE.
